Europe/Next is an invite-only gathering. We are happy to host you as one of our exclusive guests and will cover your room and board for the duration of the event. The event itself is free of charge.
However, because capacity is limited, we withhold the right to charge a no-show fee in case you confirm your attendance but do not show to the event.
If you RSVP “Yes” and do not attend (a “no-show”), we reserve the right to charge a €500 fee.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your attendance no later than April 2.
This policy helps ensure we don’t hold spaces that could otherwise be offered to other partners who would like to join. If you need to cancel afterwards due to unforeseen circumstances such as sickness, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
